• Hosting. Website hosting, databases and related infrastructure (currently Railway).
• Payments. Card payments on invoices through Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
• Email. Transactional email delivery for form notifications and replies (currently Resend).
• SMS. Text message delivery through Twilio (or a successor SMS provider).
• Scheduling. Appointment booking through Calendly or a similar scheduling tool when you book a discovery call.

We keep form submissions, SMS consent records and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need the information, we delete or anonymise it where practical.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw SMS consent, email us at [email protected] or reply STOP to a text message. We may need to verify your request before responding.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
